Partners Support Line Overview

  1. Priority service for Partners
  2. Check the progress of orders
  3. Assist Members with SIM activation
  4. Assist with customer sign-ups
  5. Follow up with customers who have not activated SIM cards
  6. Contact customers with failed mobile ports to help them activate
  7. Overall general Partner assistance and support
